Maybe it could be that you think University should be free,
or that the CBC should be fully government funded, without commercials,
or maybe that you think marijuana should be decriminalised, or even legalised,
or maybe you feel that the government should work for the citizens, and not the corporation’s ‘consumers.’
Or maybe you have a secret crush on him, and just want to tell him that (okay, this one is a reeeeeal stretch!)
But, I now have the email address where he (or more probably, the group of people who read his emails) can be reached. He works for us, and probably wants to keep his job. Making yourself heard on various issues shows him what the public support is. It is this type of thing that prevented us from going to Iraq, or that allowed there to be equal marriage laws. He has to keep us happy, or he’ll find himself out of a job next year.
So without further rambling, here it is: pm@pm.gc.caNice and simple. You now have no excuse to go on complaining about things to you friends, now you have a place to channel those complaints.
